chocolate heaven hidden gem located in the bélanger death zone which is between christophe-​colomb and lanaudière.
its a chocolatier shop in the same mold as chocobel, geneviève grandbois, les chocolats de chloé and whatnot. so knowing that, you can most likely be assured of chocolate orgasms!
when i went, they were still very new and getting a sense of their shop so i went with a foursome. 4 flavors i was intrigued by: bloody mary, rose, litchi and a carrot soup. the bloody had a very distinct tomato flavor while the ginger carrot was the strongest (not off putting, just that ginger hitting you) and the rose was light and subtle. wasn’t a fan of the litchi.
its good chocolate and good chocolate has a price so its more of a treat i’d say. anyway, i need to go back and give some tenderly love to the shop by sampling some more because i think its worth it (good chocolate makes everyone happy) and that stretch of bélanger is in a big need of real love
