Very average pizza — comparable to a frozen supermarket pizza and the special of the day pasta was very sad — entrée size and bland . Never again

Food 3⁄5 staff&service 4⁄5 décor 3⁄5 I suggest reserving the place if you intend on going past 8pm on a Friday or Saturday. It gets packed quickly. 1.Magpie Margarita pizza 13 $ 2.Pepperoni pizza 15 $ 3.Limonata Smash cocktail 8 $ 4.Magpie Caesar, Regular 9 $(add 3 $ for an oyster) Total bill with tip was about 55 $. Since our waiter quickly came over to take our orders, we asked him for a bit more time, the 4 stars for service was because he came back a good 15 minutes later. Other than that our drinks and food came pretty quickly, despite the full house they had. We thought the tomatoe sauce was a bit bland, and the crust got soggy quickly. Also, my Caesar came warm so I had to wait a few minutes to cool in the ice after stiring it.

I love the pizza here as the crust is always done just right and their flavours are simple, yet perfect. Lots of vegetarian options and on the night that we were here, they had fresh gnocci on special and OMG was it ever tasty: cheese, great texture and cooked to perfection. The staff are all fun, the service was fast and we scored a seat by the window for some good people watching.

We where at the pizzeria for lunch. The room is nice and airy. The staff cordial and helpful. The menu is complicated and not really aiming for the authentic pizzeria crowd. Too many day special pastas dishes on a very small«ardoise». We had 2 pizzas, one classic pepperoni and one day special(don’t remember the name, but with bechamel blue cheese, caramelized things and aubergines). Both very tasty, but a bit sloppy on the presentation. If you are going to put a lot of pepperoni why not spread it nice and even… same with the other one. Sloppiness is not fashionable. Getting our pizza was lengthy(over 30 minutes) for a lunch diner(we actually spent 1.5 hours, more than your usual lunch time). We ordered wine, I was so surprised by the very small glasses for 9 $ not to mention that the second serving was even less. I had to mention it to have a few drops more poured into our glasses. I get the comment of the previous review, The reason is that even though the restaurant was half full, they returned the SAQ delivery guy very ostentatiously, telling the poor soul that deliveries where to be done ONLY before 11am and after 3pm. There where 4 boxes of wine… I don’t think they made friend with a major service provider there… Washroom are ordinary, the lid on the garbage can should be more friendly user(lighting is dark, lid is heavy and look suspiciously gray to touch bare hands). Could not miss on the way back there the minimal size of that wood oven, no wonder service is long, no more than a few pizza can fit in there, in my opinion. Will I go back, yes. But may should order a full bottle of wine(if they still have service from SAQ) wonder how much that is? Not mention on the online menu.

Love the space, love the service, love the music. The wine list is short but all are offered by the glass. Pizzas are wonderfully full flavoured. I just wish they’d spread the garnishes more widely instead of concentrating them all in the centre. Divine brownie for dessert.

I had dinner here last night with few friends. Wasn’t impressed by my pizza(Bianca) since about a third of it was burnt. Plus, I’m not a big fan of dill which they put on the pizza, although my friends liked the addition. The staff was very nice and the service was good. Overall, it was an okay meal, but not my best pizza experience.

Pizza is good but a little overrated. Wine by glass is expensive.
