Everything is a bit pricey for what you get. I went in because I thought it would be a good place to study but the tables were all small and it didn’t have a nice atmosphere. It didn’t feel inviting or comfortable. Nuns Islands doesn’t have that many cool café spots. It’s either this or Second Cup and since the Second cup is better, it’s always busy. If you have time, you can make it all the way to Mamie Clafoutis, but you’d have to take the bus to get there otherwise it’s a long walk. Overall, I was very underwhelmed by the food and the area. The service was fine.

Nice and clean coffee shop, a lot of outdoor seating during the summer. The coffee is OK. I stick with the cappuccino, but the macchiato is fine too. Two medium cappuccini and two of my beloved biscotti would come to almost 15 dollars, standard price range for the coffee chain, a little bit above the average though. They have a lot of food options, good for the flocks of cyclist that pass by IDS or if you work near by. Kudos to the lady who seems to be running the coffee shop by herself, most of the time there is nobody to help her, but she will do her best to make your coffee quickly and will bring it to your table if you are staying in. My preference is yet to take away whatever I have ordered as somehow the layout of the space is not cozy enough to keep me around.
