Terrible service. We were there for 2 hours and I think the waiter came by 3 times so we only managed to order one round of drinks the whole time. Then we had to go find him to bring the bills and it took him another 20 minutes to come back. Would never go there again.

Tasty burgers!!! A very cozy place, I came here at noon so almost nobody was there but, the service was still awesome and the food is *muah*. I’m sure when the Habs make it to the playoffs, that’s when there’s an overflow of spirit in there! I recommend this place! Also in a beautiful neighborhood, yeah haha.

Terrible. The calamari was overcooked and rubbery and soaked in grease. When the waiter asked if they were okay as he was taking the still-full plate from us he seemed concerned that they were inedible, but never mentioned them again and still charged us. The chicken broccoli alfredo was incredibly bland. My caesar salad was fine. The croutons were hard and difficult to eat. The server was pretty inattentive; he told us they were closing and asked if we would like anything else as our food was coming out. Then we didn’t see him and sat with empty plates waiting for the bill for about 30 minutes. After that we had to physically go get him as he chatted at the bar in order to get change. There are plenty of much better places along St. Catherine.

Excellent poutine, service, and beer selection. Get the duck wings! Close to the metro and an overall excellent experience! I will come here again and again when in Montréal!

Service and beer selection are excellent, but the food leaves a bit to be desired. The smoked meat sandwich was bland and the fries it came with were inedibly soggy. Probably best for post-show drinks after coming from L’Olympia down the block.

We had shrimp tempoura, some ciders, a beer, an amazing strawberry cheesecake, fish and chips made into poutine and a lamb burger with mushrooms and melted cheese(gouda or brie I think) and poutine for about $ 80.00 before tip. Very kind and helpful server for finding good drink pairings and helpful suggestions without being pushy. Excellent quality and service.

We were here in a late afternoon on a new year’s day. The place was practically empty. The place looks clean. We ordered one regular classic poutine & one with chicken. We thought the gravy was a bit too salty. Overall, it was still delicious. We spent about $ 20. Decent portion for the price. The service was alright, we can’t really say anything good or bad about it.

Awesome time here! The atmosphere is pretty casual, it’s the kind of place you can have dinner and then stay and drink through the night. We happened by this place accidentally just wandering around the area our hotel was in and we were so happy we walked in. There was live music that night and we got a table with a nice view of the show, but far enough away we could still chat. The music was great, I didn’t catch the name of the band/singer though. Our server was fabulous – quite understanding of our limited French skills –he was great with keeping our glasses full. Reasonably priced cocktails and the beer selection was enjoyable – the server was quick to share his knowledge of the beer. We had an assorted appetizer plate and the ham wrapped chorizo sausage was absolutely fabulous – quite possibly the highlight of the evening. The cheese sticks and onion rings were also very yummy though. For a main I had the chicken brochette which came with grilled veggies and a salad – very well cooked and tasty. My dining partner had the 5-cheese pizza, which was also very good – I liked that I could taste the tomato in the sauce. Did I mention the chorizo was fabulous? Yum!

I really liked this place. It was our last night in Montréal, and we were looking for a place on St. Catherine street where we could drink beer on the patio and people watch. This place had a free table, so we went in. We asked the waiter for recommendations for beer, and he was happy to suggest a couple of local ones. He knew the story behind each brands. As per his recommendation, we ordered a red beer for our first pitcher, and a more bitter(and stronger) one for our second pitcher. They were both excellent, and I especially liked the 8% beer. We also ordered poutine, and it turned out okay. The location was perfect for people watching as in the middle of the The Village. It was also just a couple blocks away from the park, where all the Montréal Pride festivities were happening. What made the experience excellent was the attentive and efficient staff. Our waiter dropped by our table frequently and even shared stories with us about his time in B.C. and answered our questions about Montréal. We even talked a little bit about politics(apparently Montréal hates Harper). I also spotted one of the the waitresses sharing a laugh with the table next to us. Overall, it was nice to be at a place where the staff was genuinely happy to help you.
