Bad first experience with Rouge! As it was the only place open late on Sunday evening, I went after work with a friend. We showed up at around 6:30, no appointment, as nowhere did it explicitly say they were necessary(their Instagram page says«walk-ins welcome»), and we were greeted by two girls chatting at the front desk. The girl sitting at the desk asked if we wanted to make an appointment but we said we would like pedicures. The girl replied that there were no technicians available at the moment. We asked if we could do something else to which she replied they were«actually closed.» So, are you closed or are there no technicians available? And if you are indeed closed, why is the door to your business unlocked, and furthermore why did you welcome us when we walked in instead of telling us you’re closed? This experience left a really bad taste in my mouth and I was really not impressed with how we were treated.

Tried about 4 – 5 different technicians all of them pretty much useless… No scrub during pedicure, massage is not even a massage but a quick rub off. And do not be shocked when you get a 30 $ bill for a manicure?! So if you’re going once a week it adds up to be too much. Half the nail colors are old and dry. I am only giving 1 star for an ambiance and TVs. But I am ready to find another nail place.

Great place for first visit. Going back. I went for eyelash extensions. Very professional.

I had some visitors in town from Vancouver and we decided some pampering was in order. We booked 3 pedicures. Instead of being separated into those spa chairs we were seated on couches in a L-shape. We were able To chat while being pampered. Excellent choice of nail colors and the nail techs were efficient and skilled. We even got to sip on some red wine while they worked. Great experience!
