the bigger maison simons in montreal located in the east end part of the city right in the heart of galeries d’anjou.
this shop is different from its downtown counterpart as its not only bigger but it is more spread out making the search of specific items very hard. on the other hand, you can browse around with no difficulty as there’s enough space between aisle to walk.
you do find everything you’d find downtown and some more.
the biggest problem for me is its located so far off from everything that its quite a trip to get there. great if you live in the neighborhood or you drive but if you don’t, takes a while to get there. and it gets very crowded. bigger = more people
i do prefer online shopping as it gets delivered right to your door but if you can’t find what you’re looking for downtown, there’s a good chance to find it here.
