En effet, pour le prix et le service, c’est le meilleur spa à Mtl. Ça n’a pas le panache d’un Bota ou d’un Scandinave, mais c’est bien correct comme ça. Les seuls bémols sont le sauna sec un peu défraîchi et qu’il n’y ait aucun espace extérieur.

Ma première fois à un spa et je suis pas mal satisfait surtout pour le massage !
La place est un peu loin du centre-​ville mais en même temps je cherchais un endroit moins achalandé. Spa Escale Santé est pas mal propre, la réservation au téléphone s’est fait facilement, les gens à l’accueil sont bien aussi.
Les bains sont plus petit que je l’imaginais mais vu que c’était pas trop occupé, ça me va. Il y aussi 2 saunas différents, une chute d’eau froide et plusieurs aires de détente. On recoit parfois des smoothies aux fruits, c’est sympa.
Ma partie préféré était le massage, j’ai oublié le nom de la personne mais c’était fabuleux ! Elle m’a demandé si j’avais des préférences, durant la session, elle était à l’écoute et s’assurait que tout se passait bien, elle s’ajustait également au besoin. Vraiment génial et à bon prix.

2 petit bains chauds entouré des plantes avec sauna et bain humide à coté. Aire de repos petite donc pensez allez dehors heures de pointe.

Very great price, and great service. The staff are so nice and make an effort to make your experience pleasant. My friend and I really enjoyed our massages. My only qualm is its a bit small and fills up fast on the weekend. I recommend going there as early as possible.

This is, by far, the best spa I’ve ever been to for the thermal experience.
The price is right: $ 45 regular price, $ 35 from Monday to Thursday PM and a very low $ 25 from Monday to Thursday if you arrive before noon. Towel and bathrobe included (which says a lot, because most spas have you pay an extra 10 to 20 $ for them). They’ll change your towel as needed during the day.
There’s a very nice relaxing lounge where you can get an herbal tea, dried fruits & nuts and green apples, at no extra cost.
Then, as you are experiencing the Nordic spas, an employee walks by to give you mini chocolates and mini smoothies. If you stay for a couple hours, you’ll see her 2 or 3 times with these mini wonders.
All in all, the best spa I’ve ever been to, the best service, and the other services (massages, hydro-​massage baths, etc.) are amazing as well!

Service toujours aussi impecable, en plus j’ai appris qu’il y a des grandes tailles pour les robes de chambre et qu’on peut les echanger autant qu’on veut. Par ailleirs, vous avez aussi acces aux bains si vous prenez un traitement d’osteopathie!

I went to this spa to do a full body wax and the lady was really great she did it fast I wouldn’t say I didn’t feel any pain but it is the kind of pain you can handle it didn’t hurt so much and she did a perfect job there was no hair left and she put some kinda cream after she finished I would defiantly go there again

This is truly a wonderful little discovery that my husband and I made. I have great benefits with my job and it permits us to go and enjoy a 60 minute massage once a month to unwind. I don’t always have the same massage therapist each time but every one of them has been outstanding. It is a very relaxing ambiance with fresh fruit, chocolate and tea as well as super comfy robes that make you feel very relaxed and at ease. The whole experience drifts you into a serene atmosphere that re-​charges you.
I recommend this spa to everyone and anyone who is in need of a little TLC. From the time you walk in to the time you have to depart you are well taken care of. ***** all the way!!!
