Man, I really wish there were more locations for my beloved boba tea near where I live but alas Asians live closer to the core of Montréal. This location is close to Cote Vertu Metro station and near Vanier College, Cegep de St Laurent and right off the Decarie N strip. Here there is an interesting mixture of Asian restaurants and other curiosity stores and shops. It’s really a mish mash of ethnicities. You climb the stairs to the second floor to a tastefully decorated Café and Asian snack shop where I can imagine there is a decent amount of students during the day and night. Food is priced right and there had some interesting snacks such as Laksa soup noodles or Curry cheese toast. For drinks there is a decent variety of teas, coffees and lemonades. On my visit I had selected a bubble tea and asked for roasted milk. No dice. So I asked for milk tea with grass jelly. They only had litchi and mango. So it was milk tea w litchi. Tea was decent, a bit sweeter than my liking not as creamy as other places I enjoy and the litchi was chewy and in small rectangular chunks. I’d be willing to come back for some snacks and other boba. Pricing is a bit more than Chatime but I can respect they have to make a living here in tax heavy Quebec.

Yay! A new bubble tea café in Saint-Laurent! This place makes mediocre bubble tea, but I have to really recommend something… which is their honeybread! It’s super delicious and they even whip creamed it for us. It tastes heavenly! I also had the iced coffee bubble tea which they usually don’t make but they made it an exception this time. The area is spacious and cute with décor. They even have some games to play like cards, Chinese checkers, and others as well. The service is really friendly and attentive. Oh and I forgot to mention they also serve food, like meals too, I’ve tried the laksa noodles which is some sort of Malyasian styled noodles that has a bit of spicy broth. That was just ok for me. Personally, I’d come here for dessert(especially the honeybread! cube toast to be exact), coffee or bubble tea. Meals are just ok. Stop by and visit this café if you’re in the neighborhood, it;s worth it!
