The only employee who also seems to be the manager/owner of this disheveled store is a person in need of help. He should get his head checked first and then perhaps enroll in some client relation training or heck, basic social skills classes would be a good idea too. He is rude. He is unprofessional. He is not well and he is the reason why I no longer let UPS deliver my packages. UPS needs to verify that its franchise is not run by some 2 year old disguised as a grown man.
