No idea what the previous reviewer is talking about. Don’t know why he would put «annoyance» in quotes, unless he was actually called that by the staff. That would seem reasonable to me since I have always been treated very well at this UPS Store.
Always.
Besides, I have a hard time even considering the opinion of someone who’s review of a store is based on an employee’s supposed «sullen look» on her face.
About the store, though, I have had many experiences here where staff have gone above and beyond to provide me with personalized service — even helping me with my designs and making suggestions to save money on printing.
I definitely recommend this location.

Worst UPS store I have ever been in, One of the worst customer services in stores I have ever experienced.
Avoid this place like the plague. The woman who works in here is not interested in any business, obviously, considering the sullen look permanently on her face. Every new customer is obviously a complete «annoyance» for her.
Never going here ever again and will report this store to UPS.
