Firstly, this place was not what I expected nor what I was looking for. Important to note that I was there on a very humid day as well, which made the musty smell in the store completely unbearable.
Mostly lycras and other stretch knits. Some polyester satins, crinoline, and faux suede. Prices are not particularly low for what is on offer, but lower than Fabricville and some other St. Hubert street stores.

This is my go-​to place for a wide variety of fabrics at super cheap prices! LOVE it — I’ve had some great customer experience and also a not so helpful experience but can’t beat the prices!!! I always come back!

Ça c’est typiquement le genre de boutique devant laquelle on passé sans jamais la voir. Surtout que ça fait un an qu’un gros écriteau affiche «En liquidation «. En réalité né vous fiez ni à l’écriteau, ni aux apparences: cette boutique né paie peut-​être pas de mine pour le commun des mortels, mais pour toute bonne couturière qui se respecte, elle deviendra vite une véritable mine d’or. Comment ça? C’est bien simple et ça tient en 4 mots: deux dollars le mètre. Tout est dit!
