One of my latest food crazes has been eating creole food. I’ve visited a few places over the summer I’ve enjoyed this cuisine but I’m always open for new and exciting options. Thus this brought passion me to Tropic Plus with my coworker.
I went with their «fritaille» that held a variety of meats such as beef, griot (deep fried porc) and turkey with fried plantains, salad and side riz colle (deep fried rice). The meal was quite fantastic and the serving was overwhelmingly generous. I simply couldn’t finish all this good food that set me back a mere $ 12. Everything was flavorful and of very high quality. The griot was perfect and was probably the best I have ever had!
The resto is well maintained with comfortable fine dining seating which is a welcome change from the smaller places I’m accustomed to elsewhere. The service was friendly and quick.
The dining experience was very enjoyable. Will be back.
