Le meilleur endroit à Montréal pour faire réparer son iPhone!

I’ve done business with them under the mistaken assumption that they were professionals. I brought in a version 4PS2 back in mid-August of 2002 to get the laser repaired. I wanted fast service. What I got was BS and more BS. I was also told that they were a Sony-authorized service center(a call to Sony customer service proved this to be a lie) and that as a courtesy, my repaired unit would be dropped off at my store(turns out I had to go pick it up myself). When I got it back, at a cost of $ 150.00(cash only, even though they accepted credit cards) I noticed that the serial number was different and that it was a version 1PS2. They switched my newer unit with an older model. The laser failed again within the 3-month warranty period and I advised them of this by phone, as the Holiday Season precluded traveling downtown just for this. When I finally went to see them after the Holidays for the callback, I was told it wasn’t covered and that my query as to why the laser failed after only 3 months was a «stupid question»(their exact words). Their staff has come across as cocky, condescending and arrogant. Are they like this with all their customers, or just visible with minorities? I don’t know and I don’t really care. Now that I do my own console repairs, I continue to hear bad reviews from my colleagues whose customers have also been victimized by them. I have my original documents that prove what I said and anyone wants to start a class action suit against these guys, count me in!
