Bath and Body Works

It is not certain if having a BBW on Vancouver Island is good or bad. On one hand, my Visa will breathe a sigh of relief as stocking up on lotions and potions won’t mean a ferry fare and hotel room. On the other hand, however, the temptation to drive up Island just at the hint of a new scent or sale may prove to be more than my bathroom cabinet can handle. To be serious though this place is great. The staff were enthusiastic and friendly, a novelty I pray won’t wear off. The products, as my Visa can attest, are outstanding. My favorites are the Nectarine Mint Anti-​bacterial handsoap and anything Japanese Cherry Blossom scented. So if everything is just so perfect why only four stars? Price matching for half of a star. The deals in the US are far better (I know, no ferry or hotel costs), the other half a star is there are no refill size products for items such as the handsoaps, kitchen soaps or anti-​bacterial sanitizers like there are in most US locations. I know, ferry and hotel costs, but I am a miser and there’s nothing wrong with recycling.
