When a company or an employee has the ability to do a service that will cost them nothing and create goodwill, but says no because they can’t be bothered, then I can’t be bothered to shop there again. I told Ashley I was in a pinch and asked if I could print out 1 word using their Cricut machine and my vinyl. She could hardly wait for me to be finished before saying no.
