The market is right when you departure the Nanaimo ferry terminal. It is really annoying how this ferry terminal is much nicer that the one in Vancouver. There is a lot of eateries, shops and of course Starbucks. It’s not huge but it does put Vancouver to shame as to what their ferry terminal offers. Parking is $$$ and is one of the very few ferry terminals in which you have to pay for.
