My brother just returned from Rona’s in South Nanaimo. The impression he got from the employees at Rona’s(except for the nice lady in the paint department), was, that they have no interest in helping customers. Dennis in the wood department was especially unhelpful. My brother says he’ll «never return and he lives five minutes from Rona’s and this was his second unsatisfactory interaction with Rona’s employees». From now on, my brother says he’ll «be driving the 40 minutes to Home Depot in north Nanaimo rather than go to Rona’s».
