Ordered and paid for a set of dishes on Jan 2⁄15 and was told they’d arrive the end of the month and they’d phone. On Feb 7th I called them and they didn’t have any and offered to order them in (again I guess) and they’d take a week or two… Or they could box up the open set they have (the display set that’s been there all along).
I’ve waited 5 weeks already and you were supposed to have ordered them Jan 2nd! Not even an apology! Just bad service…
