Great pizza! Excellent taste, albeit a little overpriced.
Would still get 5 stars, but knocked down to 4 for having just watched a teenaged customer totally get chastised by the staff for not answering loud enough when his order was ready and they called out his name. (Everyone has bad days and this was nearing the end of a rush so take it in context, but really?)
This one instance is enough to compel me to try other pizza places in town before coming back.

I haven’t been to Thor“s for a long time, but decided to try it again after some friends recommendation’s. Well what a pleasant surprise. It was just perfect, it wasn’t greasy, it wasn’t too salty, and the dough was just right. I will be back for sure!

The best pizza in the kootenays!
Small resteraunt but the service is quick and personal.
Always a good selection of food and drinks. The crust is one of the best partsnif the pizza. Not sure what they do but the crust has a powdery sweetness to it.
Good pizza, can sit inside or outside however inside is very small and difficult to get around when busy.

A good slice can be hard to come by but this place is doing it right. Good selection of pizzas and calzones to choose from, not expensive, good sizes. I had the daily special and it was excellent, really good crust. Quick and friendly service. Looking forward to ordering some of there pizzas but I’ll no doubt be back for a slice soon as well.

Probably among the top pizzas I’ve ever had, we tried the mercury which was good but didn’t live upto the spicy expectation and the heremis which was a delectable combination of chicken, mushrooms and garlic with a terrific white sauce. Good crust with a nice texture and just the right thickness plus the toppings go right to the edge and you can tell they use quality ingredients.
Great atmosphere and so busy, we’d come back to Nelson just to go here again but you can tell the locals love it.

Pepperoni pizza review, one bite 1 – 10 rating.
It’s alright pizza, people probably going to say I’m crazy but I gave It a 6.3… And that’s what it is, mainly because the crust is too bread like, and too much pepperoni couldn’t taste the sauce. But whatever.
If you havnt been there before GO THERE … its an awesome little place, go online look at the menu, pre order they got a lot to choose from.

Very disappointing. Lackluster offerings at premium prices. Marguerite flatbread unrecognizable. Cold, dirty, and disorganized. Nelson BC has many great eateries. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Been going to Thor’s for years. The quality and service are great. My only complaint is the cleanliness. Many times the few tables that they do have are filthy and sticky. The place would be a lot more enjoyable if you could sit and eat without sticking to the seat.
