Once upon a time, Nutri-Lawn Vancouver used to be a reliable company that did quality work. However, their overall quality has evaporated. 1. The price has risen steadily. 2. Communication problems. 3. Product applications are convoluted and rushed. Here are some examples: Conflicting phone calls on when and what applications will be applied. Rushed applications of fertilizer, lime, moss control and aeration with no apparent regard for conflicting results. They applied moss control and lime on the front yard but they didn’t do the back. Also, three days after the moss control was applied, they came out and aerated the lawn. The problem with this is that you are supposed to leave the aerated plugs on the lawn, but they also want you to rake out the dead moss within 15 days. So how can you rake out the moss without taking up the aerated plugs at the same time? These people don’t know what they are doing! I believe that they need to refocus on their business model to consider a proper balance between revenue vs. quality lawn care. After years of dealing with these people, this will be the last. Oh, and get rid of the annoying pop-ups on Google.

I paid for a package to have a number of treatments done to my lawn to remove the weeds. I had to repeatedly phone the company to find out why no one was coming to administer the treatments I had already paid for. When someone finally showed up they applied the product in a torrential rain storm and I had to get them to come back and do it again. When the product finally was applied again not even one weed died. I was patient and waited for a second treatment but again, not even one weed died. I asked for a full refund as I was told their services were guaranteed. I was refunded only on the part of the package I had not yet used.
