If I could provide a review with no stars, or negative stars, I certainly would. If you want customer service, to be able to ask a question regarding your shipment, to be able to track your shipment, a shipment delivered on time, or at all… don’t use this location. I have been having issues with my shipments going«missing» when they ship from this UPS. Some of them magically«reappear» and arrive(very late), but only AFTER I call and e-mail UPS and the Shipper repeatedly, in an attempt to locate my order. UPS had initially claimed that the shipper hadn’t arranged for pickup, but I knew this wasn’t accurate. UPS has now admitted that they don’t bother scanning shipments in at all at this location?! They provided some ridiculous excuse as to why. Where did my missing parcels go? I’m sure someone at this location knows, but they’ll never tell. One of my parcels, a birthday gift for my mother, arrived 2WEEKSAFTER the guaranteed delivery date?! I had to order replacement items, since the first parcel was no where to be found, so had to return the original order by Canada Post. I contacted UPS about the missing shipments, and another shipment with no tracking updates, as I worried it was yet another order in the process of disappearing, and they had the New Westminster store call me directly. The female caller was rude from the minute I picked up, talked over me when I tried to speak, and then put the phone down on the counter like a 5 year old and walked away when I asked for her name(Kandra?) and a supervisor!(Beddington UPS in Calgary also deploys this technique when you ask any question about your shipment.)
