Very happy to see something other than pizza in town! I’ve eaten at dozens of Caribbean food joints and dined here twice now. The good: jerk chicken quite nice. Pepper shrimp delicious. Chicken roti very good with a good serving size. Very friendly staff and nice décor. What could be better: very small amount of chicken in the jerk chicken (for the price). This is a lunch size at best. Tablespoon of coleslaw as a side is not good either. Please replace some of the copious amounts of rice with a bit more chicken and slaw. The actual roti (bread wrap) I found to be a little too thick. Very small gripes I know. Overall great food. Keep it up!

Happy to have something different in town to choose from. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and most of all excellent food! Was there for lunch and we had a chicken roti and jerk chicken plate. Both were excellent: right amount of heat but with flavor, not just heat.
Portion sizes were perfect (remember people a plate full of food the size of your head is not a «portion») and nicely presented instead of just slapped on your plate. People should also remember that this is not fast food so enjoy your company and don’t rush through life, good fresh cooked food takes time!
We will definitely be back, and repeatedly!
PS. If your kids don’t enjoy adventurous food then they do have a good simple kids menu as well.
Great for date night, family night or a nice lunch!

I can say for opening night this was one of the best jerk chicken restaurants I have tried in all of the Gta (Durham). Ask for extra gravy for your rice and peas. You have won us over. Family from the port.
