I love this chapters.
Reasons why:
–Its big and well stocked
–Very neat and tidy
–After work its not busy so you can browse in peace
–Staff are wonderful and helpful
–Staff cares that you find what you need
–Line ups are great. They call more cashiers all the time
–There is a whole reading room with tables and chairs
–Tonnes of parking
–WiFi!
–Starbucks attached

Because I’m a literary omnivore I appreciate bookstores and couldn’t justifiably get upset when there were 21 people in line in front of me at this location on a busy Saturday afternoon. I like it that books are popular and that people are still buying.
The store is neat and well-​organized and staff, when you can find them, are very helpful. Washrooms are clean. There’s even a reading room with fireplace (not working when I was there.) The only down-​side to this location is parking: the lot is shared, too small and graded on an awkward incline. Need a snack? A hot dog/​sausage cart (untried by me) outside the front doors appears to be very popular.
