Put your hand over your wallet and run, run, run! These people are professional con artists, and they will take you for every penny they can. Proctor’s seminars are like walking into a gospel revival meeting. He comes into town with a message, purporting to save struggling Real Estate Agents from the evil of diminishing returns for their labor. Like any itinerant preacher, he uses music, melodrama, and sweet stories of salvation to sway your emotions, and make you believe. The stage is a conveyer belt of converts, each coming up to testify how all their real estate problems have been healed in the name of Craig Proctor. They brag about their big commission checks, replete with heart breaking stories of their former poverty, their family’s suffering, and how they can now provide all the luxuries their family ever wanted thanks to Craig’s saving system. It all looks and sounds pretty convincing, until you realize that they are not going to teach you this system for the $ 500 you already spent for your seat. No, the 3 day seminar that you spent $ 500 non-refundable dollars on is actually only a 3 day commercial for their $ 12,000 coaching system! If you came in like me, you first attended a «free“seminar in some hotel months earlier, where, through the power of persuasion, you found yourself foolishly pulling out your credit card for the 3 day version. And beware, folks, if you try to change your mind before that 3 day seminar starts – forget it. You’re stuck. They will not let you cancel for any reason, and if you go to your credit card company for help, they will fight you all the way. So, be aware that, just like the«free“1 day seminar was only a way to sell you the 3 day seminar, your 3 day seminar is nothing but a way to sell you their $ 12,000 coaching package. These people are very convincing, and, if that doesn’t work, they get very aggressive. His cronies walk around the room like ushers with the collection plate, and if you choose not to pony up again, they will gang up on you, even put you on the spot in front of the crowd(and it is a big crowd!) They will do anything and everything to get you to sign that irrevocable, no way to cancel or dispute contract that binds you for a year to their $ 1000 per month coaching. I can only wonder what they try to sell you in the next rung of the pyramid. Luckily, I didn’t get pulled in again, but I did get their training manual, and I can tell you that there is nothing in it that you couldn’t learn for free from your local Board of Realtors. You will get nothing of value for your money. Run, run, run!
