My mom bought headphones from this place for Christmas. When I opened the box I noticed it was missing a piece. So we went back to the store and asked for a new pair but didn’t have one.
The manager called an other place for a pair. We waited around for 10 mins while the manager was supposedly on hold. She then said she’ll call them again later that day and give us an update. In the mean time she gave us store credit for the headphones without asking us.
We then told her we only want the headphones and we’ll take them now if you give us a discount. She went into the back for a while and came back with the response «sorry they are already thrown out.». They obviously didn’t want to give us money back, so we took the store credit and waited for her phone call, which never came.
Not shopping here again.
