Whenever I walk into an optical store, I often find the reps can be a bit pushy or pressuring. Sometimes they tell me that they will honour a sale price but only if I buy it that same day. I usually settle on a frame and leave with a lighter wallet. I end up with something I like, but definitely not something I love. If this hasn’t happened to you, then that’s great — good for you! But that has been my experience countless times at other optical stores. But then I found Pearle Vision. What an amazing experience, every time! I can’t get over how well Sal and Suzanne jive together. They are such a great team and it makes me happy to be a part of it, even just for a little while. It just so happens that every time I go in, it’s them two. I’m sure the other people working there are amazing too. Suzanne’s wonderful with glasses. She helped me find the right frames without any problems or second guessing. Just a little FYI — I second guess a lot of things but her frame suggestion wasn’t one of them. When I go to get new frames or contacts, there’s usually a promotion going on which helps if my insurance doesn’t kick in the same year. This Peale Vision has a lot of great frames to choose from including the affordable brands and the not so affordable brands. You might read this and feel like I’m being too positive or perky. Truth be told, I sat there while Suzanne was filling out my insurance direct pay and thought whether or not they’ve been rated on Unilocal.I saw there wasn’t anything for this location and felt like they deserved to be recognized for their outstanding customer service. So thanks Sal and Suzanne — you make my experience memorable each time!
