Should have checked the reviews before I went with 6 other people. Food quality was ok, but the service was horrible. Should put a warning on the sign«$ 7 for your breakfast does not include our $ 3 water bottles». Pretty sure you’re legally required to serve your customers tap water if they request it.

Ok, so I am giving this place 3 stars BC the day before we paid $ 115 for breakfast for 2 adults and 2 kids at the Ihop just down the street. The food was ok, with enough of a selection of many different breakfast foods… really liked the Greek sweet dumplings. Our bill was only $ 54 for the 4 of use with drinks. Half off what we paid at Ihop.

Went for breakfast buffet, it was just okay. A lot of the plates were dirty. Food was ok but nothing special. 6.99AYCE not bad, but drinks start at $ 3 for bottle of water and they don’t provide water otherwise. Wouldn’t go back.

Not even worth a star. Bad service, if i’m the owner waitress will be the first to change. Horrible food, literally nothing to eat. Suggestion, close down the restaurant to at least save money.

The staff was very nice. Perhaps because they know the good isn’t so great. Eggs, cold omelettes, tater tots, bavon, sausage, ham(we don’t eat it), toast, fruit cocktail(from a can), rice pudding, and funnel cake. We asked if there was added sugar in the fruit… the owner couldn’t say as that’s how it comes from the factory. The price doesn’t include drinks… not even water. For a $ 6.99 breakfast, it was more like $ 11 person with 1 water nottle, 2 coffees and 4 buffets, taxes, and tip. Why didn’t we read the reviews before we went???

Horrible food, don’t be good by the $ 6.99 breakfast price! They don’t have water you gotta buy a bottle of water for $ 3.99 and pop is also $ 3.99. Food is dry and nasty…

This place and their massive signs are a classic case of false advertisement. Sure they offer you the breakfast buffet at $ 6.99 per person(amazing, right?!) but the photographs displayed on their signs looks nothing like what awaits you inside the restaurant. The eggs(although advertised as «to your liking» on their website) come in only two options: option 1: Scrambled(think $ 1 Ikea breakfast eggs) and option 2: Omelet sans cheese and left on the hot plate for hours.(yum!) No option is served fresh. Bacon is harder than shoe leather but tastes about the same. Never mind, it was shoe leather. Sausages are overcooked and literally blackish. Pancakes and waffles are stiff and you might chip a tooth. Tater tots are not hash browns, you hear me Al Mac’s…not the same thing. Tater tots are frozen, deep fried and served in masses.(literally their best salty option) And the Greek Sweet Ball thingies(can’t remember how to spell their name) was the very best thing on their menu. I can only have about 2 because they are way too sweet for me.(The one star goes to them) Rice pudding was bland. The drink pricing is atrociously high(to make up for something?) OVERALL: Bad food, sleazy advertising, mediocre service and the high price of drinks gives for a nice surprise when the cheque appears– 2 adults and 2 toddlers= $ 50+(For Breakfast) Will never go back. Sorry.

Went for breakfast here today. food was mediocre at best. Decent value for money paid at $ 6.99 per person. My jaw hit the floor when we asked for a glass of water and was told we had to buy bottled water only, «house policy». I asked to speak to a manager right away and was told they weren’t in. I have been in the food and beverage industry for 25 years and have NEVER been denied a glass of water at a restaurant. I thought it was disgusting! I will not be recommending this restaurant to any one. Shame!

One of the worst buffet food I have ever had, the buffer was not replenished, food that was left looked like a shredded chicken and only bones left. Cost: 3 adults and 2 kids =$ 112 I will not go back, just eat in another restoring.

The place is nice and clean. I went there for breakfast this morning and their food was good. They basically had everything I wanted for breakfast like omelets, sausage, bacon, and toast. I also had their Greek loukamades and it was good. They also had some kind of cold risotto and I liked that a lot. The only thing I did not like about this place is that they do not serve water. I asked their server for a glass and she said they only have bottles of water for $ 2.99, I said no thanks. Overall, this place is good on a budget. You cannot lose with a $ 6.99 all you can eat meal.

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. Also wished I had read the reviews before going to this place. The scrammbled eggs were obviously liquid eggs which were disgusting. Upon arriving I asked for a glass of water. The waitress told me they dont serve water there and id have to buy a bottle of water which was $ 2.99. $ 2.99 for a $ 99 cent bottle of water? Really? On top of that the coffe was not included in the breakfast. They had a selection of about 8 items in total which were not very appetizing at all. Skip this place and go to Dennys for breakfast instead or perhaps an iHop.

They don’t serve water and do not offer refills. Sure tourists are gullible guilty… don’t be fooled by the prices. The food is cafeteria food at best, selections are basic prison options and denying a paying customer water is or should be illegal. The wait staff was friendly thus the one star.

I wish that they had a zero star review, because that’s exactly what I would give this restaurant. I came here hung over expecting decent food and I could still taste how gross the food was. Never again!

Food was not fresh, poor service only two waitresses on the floor. This place gets you with the cheap price of 6.99 but yet one soda is $ 4 and no tap water available. Must purchase 2.99 bottle of water. Also coffee is 2.99 and no to go cups.

This place… sigh ** i was excited about but man oh man. Where do i begin? The breakfast buffet is a nice selection but avoid the waffles they are hard as rock and they are dryyy as idk what. I dont like to waste food ATALL but in this case i struggled to finish it. The charge 6.99 per person,(great price) drink are seperate charge. Drinks are 3.99 come in a medium size cup. OJ and apple u dont get refills on and u get a small amount. They dont serve water here, u have to buy a bottle water for $ 3 Soft drinks are $ 3.99 as well but they have refills, yay for that! Overall, this place is whatever. Only thing my husband and i like were there tater tots. They were nice and crunchy. We are visiting from usa, but when we come back we wont be coming back here again. Sorry its a lot to read, but i had alot to say lol

The ginormous $ 6.99 sign is a poor hook of fishing for us hungry Americans such as myself.(Canadians and tourists too) Again this was another stop during my families trip to Canada. The wait was about 20 min. Place was jammed packed when we were seated. The young lady waitress was nice. But the food choices??? Horrendous. And that day, no oatmeal was around. even though it was advertised. The food was very very bland. Just your basic«home-style comfort food». The sausage? I don’t know what in the hell sausage was served, but it tasted like spoiled and oiled pig fat And the way you serve yourself is annoying. Some people just like to stare at the food while others are waiting. It’s like a cheap merry go round. The eggs were good though. The waitress and cashier girl was very nice. Bathrooms. dingy and small. :\ I don’t know…

I blame no one but myself for this so to save my fellow Unilocaler’s from this disaster I am going to share my experience. First off, anyone that has been to Niagara Falls knows that prices for a simple meal can sometimes be astronomical. Apparently, so do the owners at Al Mac’s because they have plaster the really low buffet prices on the front of the establishment to attract those that are looking to save a buck or two. The restaurant is large and visually appealing as it has nice indoor and outdoor seating. I decided to go here for the 6.99 breakfast buffet for 2 reasons. 1. because of the price, and 2. who could really mess up breakfast right? WRONG!!! The eggs were hard, the bacon was weird(like it wasn’t in strips) not sure how this bacon was cut and/or processed, the sausages tasted weird and very soft on the inside almost like undercooked, The pancakes and French toast had the most horrible taste EVER. Almost like just flour and water to make the batter(no egg, no sugar, no nothing). The only thing that was semi-palatable was the fruit cocktail which I am sure came out of a can. Oh… did I mention that the 6.99 doesn’t include beverage? Well it doesn’t. you will shell out an additional $ 4 for soft drinks and $ 3 for water(Yes you heard me correctly, they charge for water). This place is a joke! Save your taste buds and eat somewhere else.

This place was horrible. $ 6.99… I guess you get what you pay for. The scrambled eggs were soggy. Western and Basic omlettes were thin and dried out. Pancakes were doughy. Bacon overly cooked and saugesges were dried out. Note… their burnt coffee is $ 3 and Juice is $ 4… refills are offered. Plenty of parking… and its free.

Where is the no star option? Yeah I know I probably deserve the crappy food and bad service coming to this place, but In my defense I didn’t check Unilocal before coming. We figured, it is breakfast food, how bad can it be, and for $ 6.99 each and one kid(weren’t counting on getting charged $ 5.99 for both kids ages 4 and 1, yeah 1 year old) we decided to give it a try. I regret it so much! Food was disgusting. I don’t understand how some reviews say that it is ok. The bacon was all fat, eggs were bland, waffles hard as a rock, an everything else greasy. They charge $ 3 for a bottle of water and say they can’t give you tap water. How ridiculous is that. Hopefully someone will read the reviews and skip this place.
