I used to live in Niagara Falls and my elderly mother still does. I send her flowers every year and always use Dobbies. They have a very good reputation in Niagara. My mom has always praised the flowers she gets in a vase or as cut flowers. I usually order via the web but I had time to call today and spoke with Cathy (very friendly, un-​rushed, knowledgeable). Thanks again for making my mom’s day a little brighter!

Went to their webpage, to order flowers. Website price: CAD $ 32.95 + Delivery Charge: CAD $ 9.00 + Tax: CAD $ 5.45 = CAD $ 47.40.
The website wasn’t taking the Teleflora’s coupon code, so I called in. Explained to the lady I spoke with that my 25% coupon isn’t being accepted on their Teleflora website, and asked to have the order taken by phone.
As soon as she saw the flowers I was looking at there «only» $ 50 anyways, she suddenly couldn’t find the flower arrangement I wanted? I insisted she does the search, which (obviously) found it. Her response: «oh we can’t do it for that money».
She transferred me to speak to the owner (?), Bruce, who again told me the flower arrangement isn’t on their webpage (yet I was looking at it?). Then, when he found it, performing their own search, he said they don’t have the vase, which would be ok as I checked off the «Yes, my florist may substitute an arrangement and keepsake container of similar value in the unlikely event that my selection is unavailable.»
But, they «couldn’t even do this arrangement for less than $ 70 or $ 80». That’s double the advertised price on their webpage!!!

Made an order over the phone for my parent’s 30^th Anniversary getaway to Niagara Falls at Sheraton Hotel. The lady at Dobbie’s was very helpful and courteous — sorry, I didn’t get your name! The flowers were colorfully arranged as promised with a nice cool vase to keep them in one piece.
