The good: room seemed clean, nice quiet location
The bad: HARD mattress made it difficult to sleep, stains (which looked like blood to me) on the «fresh» towels, beverages in the breakfast area were left out on the counter unrefrigerated, and the chocolate milk tasted spoiled to us.
I will never go there again, mostly because of the bed being so uncomfortable.

Don’t judge by price, I read the reviews and wanted to give it a try so I booked for one night, and ended up staying another night, the rooms were kept very clean, beds are clean, sheets are clean, what more should I expect? All day I was out roaming around the city, I needed a place to crash so I thought why spend too much when you don’t spend that much time in there, but this small hotel exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay again if I visit niagra falls again. I would definitely suggest this to someone who is on budget and looking for clean and nice place

My friend and I stayed in this motel in July 2014 for a few days. We were very happy with it. The owners are very helpful and considerate and even offered to shuttle us to and from Niagara Falls. You can find parking at Niagara Falls for only $ 5, so we saved a lot of money staying at this place rather than a place right on Niagara. In addition, it is in a quieter location rather than being in the hustle and bustle of the main area, which I liked. The rooms are very clean and the owners take into consideration even the details (have not stayed at many motels that supplied dish detergent). The free breakfast was simple, but very good.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone wishing to stay in Niagara Falls. One of the best motels I’ve stayed at and was very satisfied and happy with the place. Felt I got a great place for a really great price.

The price was great and the room was clean and well stocked. The owner offered a free shuttle to the falls (which are close by as far as we were concerned — check the map) and even gave us some of their homemade black bean soup. The breakfast had a lot of options. The service itself was above and beyond! Such great people running the place! We will stay there again whenever we come back.

This is a small family-​owned two-​story motel in Chippewa Village, a safe «small town» atmosphere at the base or further-​most point from the Falls. If you don’t want to be in the hubbub, this is a great quiet location. I booked online at $ 59 while others I noticed paid $ 105 for a room here. I was met by a bubbly accommodating desk clerk who placed me in a downstairs room at my request.
The motel is dated but clean. My room had red carpeting and gold in the bed covering. It had a modern TV attached to the wall. The bed was firm and level. There was a tiny kitchen with a toaster, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and sink. The bathroom was also clean with a very clean shower curtain and great showerhead. A chair was placed outside the room and beautiful flower baskets lined the premises. Free wifi was included. Snacks were for sale in the office.
A decent restaurant/​bar is across the street. The front desk was helpful with the suggestion to dine there. They offer to take you to the Falls area but I didn’t discuss price since I didn’t need the service – they said it would be cheaper than the parking costs charged in the area. It is located on the road to the Falls, making entering and returning easy. The only «odd» thing was some young children possibly related to the owners coming knocking on my door as if perhaps they «played there» before. They were captured by an adult and taken to a different room.
They have a dedicated breakfast room with a wonderful array of breakfast choices including fresh hot boiled eggs, pastries, cereals, bananas, Otis Spunkmyers, bagels, juices, marmalades and sweets. This is included with your room price.
For looking to stay the least expensive way possible, this is a great option. I would absolutely return!

dont stay here. dishonest owners. i stayed here in Aug 2012. i flew into buffalo airport and contacted them to find best way to get to there hotel — they said they offered a to pick us up and drop us off for $ 60 each way– $ 120 total (which they asked for cash only). When we were leaving — we told them our departing flight was at 2:20pm and after waiting from 12noon out the front and in the car — they left at 1:30 and we didnt arrive until 2pm and were not allowed to check in. we contacted them and they were very rude and blamed us even though we were waiting for 1.5hrs for the owners sister to arrive. We asked for our $ 60 back, as we had to pay $ 100 to rebook next flight and after hours of arguing — they said yes — but they NEVER refunded us. the room was outdated, very old. not close to niagara falls — about 45min walk. would not recommend this place to anyone. i was very polite when making the complaint but the owners are very aggressive, dishonest and rude. they would not have made a «loss» by refunding our money as $ 120 is more than enough to cover fuel costs, but they have no idea about customer service. stay somewhere else!
