Red Lobster

Lobster dinner was awesome. We really enjoyed our Valentine date. Service was excellent. Fairly pricey though. Can’t wait to go back with my wife…

Went there on a Wednesday night with my parents and my daughter. The staff were all very friendly. Food was good. The restaurant was clean. We had everything we needed even though the restaurant was busy.
Only thing I had an issue with, I order the lobster bake. It’s three tails cut in half. One of the tail’s shell I guess chipped a bit, so I was spitting out little chips of lobster tail shell.

Food was good, the service was very bad, the restaurant was very dirty, floor had food all over it and dusty. Looked in the kitchen and it was even worse.

Red Lobster is one of my favourite restaurants. We go there usually for a special occasion. Food fantastic and servers r great too. We don’t ever wait long.

Food is fair. Service is good.
Went for all you can eat shrimp and they don’t carry the new Pineapple Habenero Coconut bites. I’m pretty disappointed about that because that’s the main reason I came.
Didn’t say when they have them either, so I’m left to assume that they won’t have them based on the fact that they substituted them for popcorn shrimp.
Very slow service…

I am a semi regular here and went today for with my daughter for lunch, and as usual, it was amazing. The food is always hot and fresh, I have literally been here like a hundred times over my lifetime and do not ever remember having an issue with the food once. The wait staff is wonderful and has a very low turn over, which says a lot for this type of place. I highly recommend the clam chowder, I have a bowl almost every time I am there, and it is delicious with the biscuits!

Amazing food, service, location and price!!! For $ 30 you get lobster, crab, 2 types of shrimp, mashed potatoes and a side. Their strawberry mango alcoholic drink was a heavenly dream in a glass all it was missing was angels singing in the background.
The staff were very VERY nice and actually really made our experience amazing. We had called to make reservations on a Thursday for our 3 year anniversary. The manager told me they don’t take reservations during the week days but since it’s a special event for me she will make an exception. We were served by a lovely lady and about 5 minutes after sitting the manager came over to wish us a happy anniversary and after that most of the staff did the same.
I ordered the Ultimate Feast and it’s just as the name states… ULTIMATE! I was a happy camper after eating the perfectly prepared food. I would not have changed anything!
After we finished our server came over with a bowl of ice cream and chocolate syrup with a candle lit in it and again wished us a happy anniversary! THAT’S WHAT I CALL SERVICE!!! They really made our special day even more special. We live 7 hours away from Niagara Falls and I would make the trip again just to eat there again!

The menu changed. We were not impressed. Also my 12 yr old left his wallet behind with 25 $ in it. We called when we got home the girl who answered the phone was rude. The wallet was not returned. We will never go back!!!

Food is amazing, staff is amazing especially if you love seafood. My favorite is lobster fest.
Try the seafood lovers dream and you won’t regret it. Price is expensive if you want to eat lobster but it’s well worth the treat.
One thing I hate is parking. On a busy day parking is tight and it could get frustrating.

We came here expecting your typical chain restaurant experience, but it was actually better than we had imagined!
We had a party of 11 people so I guess they kind of had to work for the extra effort, but nevertheless we felt very satisfied with the meal and service. Obviously people know Red Lobster for their «lobster» but most people actually find out when they come that shrimps are actually what tastes the best here as their chefs really know how to flavour them to the max.
Either way, great place for out of towners, especially our American neighbours if they wanna see what the hype is all about. Canadian brothers and sisters, come for the experience but don’t expect too much if you have a party under 8.

This Red Lobster gave us a fine experience. The wait service was good, and the food was very good. My daughter had the crab fettucini alfredo and it had huge chunks of crab meat in it. I had the shrimp trio, and the shrimp fettucini alfredo that came with that was also loaded with shrimp. The food was fresh and tasty, and I was surprised at the price, being a little lower than expected.
Someone mentioned parking… there is a good size parking lot in the rear of the building. I assume on really busy days that it would be overflowing — all restaurant parking lots are, so I can’t fault them for that.

I came here last month for my birthday with my folks. It was a Tuesday night so it wasn’t too busy and we were seated right away.
Service was nice. The waitress asked what the occasion was and then surprised me with a yummy cake after the meal.
Food wise it was just ok. I really love the garlic biscuits they provide but they are so so filling and addicting. I ordered the new york plus lobster tail for $ 40. It wasn’t the best steak I’ve eaten nor the finest lobster tail, but together they were pretty solid and definitely filling as all hell. For $ 40 though, I think I could have gotten a much more delicious meal elsewhere. Nonetheless, it is a good family restaurant and my parents seem to like it so I am sure I’ll be back for another meal soon enough.

Not the best Red Lobster I have been to\. Over an hour wait for a table. Portions were on the small side, m even for Red Lobster standards.
Absolutely no parking!

I’ve spent most of my life in the states and never tried red lobster till I came to the falls. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The food price vs quantity might seem high to somebut who are we kidding its seafood! But its sooo worth it. The staff was polite and btw I’m as «non-​white» as one can get… so I didn’t understand that comment. Give it a try won’t disappoint just be ready to splurge a little.

I’ve recently had lunch at Red Lobster. I decided to really treat myself and ordered the lobster dish with two different kinds of lobster. The price was hefty at thirty five dollars, but I so enjoyed it! The staff were very friendly and I am shocked to read the previous comment about descrimination. I can’t believe it. Maybe the behavior or dress caused some staring, otherwise it doesn’t make sense. The watresses are beyond helpful and personable. I have been to this restaurant at least six times and found it to be that way every time. If someone wanted to descriminate, they could pick on me since I’m obese. Ok, so back to the food. I would definitely recommend it, however to have a whole family treat themselves would be expensive! One suggestion I would make is to keep the salads without dressing until time of serving. The caesar has been a disappointment to me each time because it is soggy and wilted. I haven’t tried the green salad. Could an improvement be made, considering the high price of the meal! I’m looking forward to a return visit.

This restaurant is always good every time I go here and always gets better each time. Red Lobster is a chain of restaurants that have locations in the U. S, Canada and Japan. To start off, the service here is very discriminating to non-​white people. Although they try not to show it, you can see it in their faces. Aside from this, the food here is amazing. The soup here is very tasty and I would recommend the New England Clam Chowder to everyone. It is too good :). The décor looks good but the parking can be weird. I would not recommend this to any non-​white tourist.
