Wow! From the service to the food, this restaurant deserves 5 stars all around. The food tasted fresh, everything was seasoned well and came out nice and hot. The service was phenomenal! Our waiter was attentive, even the chef came out to check on us to make sure the food came out timely and tasted well. Definitely a regular place from us.

This is my go to Greek place in the falls. We have tried a couple but the food quality here can’t be beat. We always come convinced we are one day going to try the stand alone menu but we always end up splitting one of the combo platters. The babaganoosh, tzatki sauce and hummus are amazing. The garlic pudding is a little too rich for me and I usually have to just use a small amount. The kasbah platter is our go to deliciousness but I have to say the souvlaki edges out the kebabs. It’s always succulent and soft with a great bed of rice and potatoes for your extra dipping sauces. You really can’t go wrong here. Falafels are moist and tasty… I could go on. Derrick has been our waiter now multiple times and he has been fantastic with his wine pairing recommendations as well as his general suggestions for things to try and overall demeanor. He’s very amicable and makes the dining experience quite pleasant. Highly recommended.

Absolutely terrible. Meat was like chewing leather, chicken was rubber. Portions were next to nothing. They probably know not to give a lot cause it’s getting thrown out. Save your $, pick anything else.

This restaurant is amazing! Great food, great service. Our server’s name was Derrick so look for him. I was amazed how good the sauces and pita was. It may look simple on the outside but inside out was very elegant. All in all, 5 stars for such amazing food.

Great service and staff who were knowledgable about gluten free. The atmosphere décor and prices were good too. But the food was not great. The best dish might have been the fallafal but that was sub par at best. The mussels were not fresh. And the steak was over cooked and the texture reminded me of liver.

This is a nice little spot, off the beaten path and primarily patronized by locals. Not many tourists at all. The food is good, the service is friendly, the dining room and bathrooms are clean and the price is right!

Loved this place. Thank you fellow Unilocalers for leading me there. Our family eats gluten free because of 2 of us with an allergy. Lots of gluten free options. No illness after eating. The chicken shawarma was excellent., especially with the«garlic pudding» dip. Others at the table enjoyed their salads, calamari and other dishes. Everything was good. The Greek white wine was really good. Derek the server was really helpful with the food allergies and need to avoid gluten. It sounds like they are knowledgeable about other food allergies and issues too. The chef came out to say hello twice. He’s charming. I wish I was a local. I’d eat here all the time.

This is an out of the way restaurant right next to the Niagara Falls that you won’t know is there unless you are specifically looking for it. I went with a group of four very hungry people and everything was delicious. We ordered the mixed cold appetizers and they are right, the garlic pudding is heavenly. I ordered the seafood pasta and it was very yummy. We finished up with a warm baklava. The owner came out a couple of times to speak with us and make sure everything was alright. Each time he was so friendly and chatted with us.

This place was great I’m very happy we decided to go here. It was a casual environment which was nice because I could wear casual clothes and still receive really good food. We got the flaming cheese which my family loved! I had the shrimp kabobs which were amazing and my mom and dad really enjoyed their chicken kabobs too. The meatball appetizer was delicious and the chicken Parmesan meal was also delicious. This place wasn’t very crowded and definitely deserves more business because it was great quality food! Everything was efficient, the waitress was very nice, and the owner came to check on us and was so friendly. The menu had many options for all kinds of eaters. For picky eaters there were options and for exotic eaters there were options. Such a great variety And tons of options I would definitely go back! I recommend! Everyone in my family left very pleased.

Awesome find for great mediterranean food, just three blocks north of the hotels like the Marriot. This place is a safe easy 5 minute walk from the hustle and bustle of the tourist area. They also have tons of free parking. The pictures speak for themselves, this place has great food. The patio is huge and its set back from the road so its peaceful in the afternoon and evening. Lots of locals come here to celebrate birthdays, office parties, and so on. All of the food is generous portions and fresh. I like to call ahead and pick up food on my way home. The owner looks at the food before they serve it and he seems to really care about quality. Personally I think some of the negative comments here are from people who were not in the mood to enjoy themselves or their food. Family vacations can be stressful and as a Niagara Falls local I’ve seen my share of exhausted moms and dads around town trying to get through a road trip with kids. In fairness to The Kasbah, they really do serve good food. Its fresh and delicious and a nice atmosphere and the live music is fun too.

Not sure what is good about this place. We were at the Marriott in Niagara Falls and they suggested this place for breakfast. Maybe they get a kick back cause this place was horrible. We walked in and we smelled natural gas. Waiter said he didn’t smell anything. On Father’s Day the place was empty. One other table had people. The place looked like a dump. Our food was awful. My husband got pancakes but it was one huge thick try pancake. My brother in law got a bagel cause he was afraid to order anything off the grill cause it looked so iffy. Would never suggest this place. Yuk big time.

We were searching Unilocal for a non-chain option for dinner(there are LOTS of chain restaurants in the hotel district). We selected this spot based on both Unilocal and TripAdvisor reviews, and WOW… great choice! Kasbah was only a mile or so down the street from the Marriott. There was free and easy parking in the back and welcoming staff, including the owner who greeted us warmly after our meal. I loved the look of the restaurant. It reminded me of being in a boat-pretty unique. There was a stage at one end with a singer and the other end was open, allowing fresh air to circulate through the restaurant. The food was amazing… Greek salad(superb!), hummus, falafel, reuben, greek potatoes(yummy!), kids meals… Fantastic food. Plus, local wine offerings completed the meal. This place is spectacular and worth a visit while visiting Niagra Falls for a unique and local option.

FIVESTARS! Outside of the tourist trap hell you can find a great little restaurant with live music, a good bar and great food. Get the Greek Salad, everyone else was! and I am not even a salad man. Had the Rueben, phenomenal, hummus and falafel were also on point. We were there on a Friday and the fish and chips going by made us regret not trying that, but next time. Very id friendly, good portions and not a touristy chain that you will find in the hotel areas of the falls. Check this place out. It is FIVESTARS.

It’s alright. I probably would not go out of my way to eat here again, but it was the only place in the area open on Monday when I went. It was dead inside and the lights were off. We had to double check with the staff to make sure they were open. They had a chicken schwarma thing that I ate. It was ok, but pretty forgettable. My dad had spaghetti. It was literally tomato sauce and pasta. No meatballs, no veggies, notta. Just sauce and noodle, what in the shit. My mom ordered fish and chips. I had a bit of the fish and it was nice and greasy. The fries were pretty good, too. Also greasy. Portions were pretty big, so I think if you come here you’ll be satiated afterwards, no doubt.

After our first morning in Niagara eating breakfast here the kids refused to go anywhere else. By the time we left after our second breakfast we’d made a friend as well as enjoyed a hearty meal. Vaughn, the owner, sat with us and shared stories about food and life. His wife is gluten-free as are 3 of our 4 family members. The kids LOVED having gf french toast and they are willing to give up their US citizenship for peameal(Canadian) bacon. It was awesome actually having gf toast with my omelet. The corn beef hash is the real deal, salty, briney, and delicious! Portion sizes kept us full until dinner. The prices were what you’d expect for breakfast — which was not the case with the rest of the Niagara restaurants. I was delighted to find real Arabic(Turkish) Coffee. Both mornings we were there locals came in and their food just seemed to appear. By our second breakfast they knew what drinks we wanted too!

Yummy breakfast! And I would be sure to return here for dinner or breakfast next time we’re in town. After the horrible previous day we spent an 1 hr at Dennys for overpriced breakfast, this was heaven. They serve until 2pm, so perfect for late wakers like us. We were there at around 11:30 and sat down immediately. Lots of choose from, benedicts, and lots of omelettes. Comes with toast, and my benedict a huge plate of fruit. Hubby for an omelette, which with lots of fillings. I got the florentine benedict. Both were good, not amazing, but good. The hollandaise sauce could use some tweaking, tasted more like mayo than buttery. Vegan and gluten free options too. The price point was excellent(around $ 11 – 15 per dish) In the evening, they have a stage, which I’m guessing is for live music.

Kasbah is wonderful! We visited for several meals during our visit to Niagara Falls — they are open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, so there are plenty of opportunities! The restaurant is not very far from the Falls action(it was only about 2 minutes from our hotel), but it is far enough away that it is calmer, quieter, and has free parking around back. The prices are quite reasonable for generous portions, and they offer a wide variety of gluten free options, including toast, pita, and more. Live music was offered during our dinner visit, as well, which was a nice touch. On our dinner visit, my husband enjoyed the red lentil soup and the hummus appetizer. I opted to try a grill platter, which was fully loaded with choice of salad and side… I opted for the Greek Salad to start(other options included a taboule, garden or Caesar) and then ordered the chicken souvlaki. The dressing was the house specialty and was a little different than I had expected, but was fine. The souvlaki was delicious! It came sizzling hot with green and red peppers and onions, all nicely seasoned. The tzatziki sauce that accompanied it was amazing — I didn’t leave any of that behind! For my side, I had selected the rice pilaf(also a choice of potatoes or fries), and was very impressed with the flavor they had packed into it. Yum! Breakfast options were also generous. They have a good dozen of options of meat to go with the traditional 2 egg, toast, and potato breakfast, including items like corned beef hash(which my husband tried one day and enjoyed) and Armenian sausage. The potatoes are delicious — creamy inside, crispy outside, and really well seasoned with a great garlic flavor. They also offer items like eggs benedict, omlettes, pancakes, waffles, and breakfast sandwiches, and there is a gluten free option for most of these — including the pancakes, waffles, and toast! The staff was friendly, and the owner comes out and interacts with guests. Very nice place, with filling and delicious food!
