These guys are good. I hired them for my outdoor wedding in bowmanville, they had to drive 3+ hours to get there from welland, but arrived on time on correct day. They set up the huge gorgeous clear top tent in about 2 hours. The wood tables were sturdy, the white padded folding chairs really comfortable. The setup guys were friendly. Their website has a live chat which I was surprised to find operational at the most random times, like 11pm sunday nights. The original delivery was missing two wall panels, but they dropped them off the night before the wedding. We didn’t need them in the end though. However, the linens also didn’t arrive till really late the night before the wedding, that seemed to be the normal timing for them too maybe… I’d suggest getting linens from your separate caterer, since the tables needed to be set up and decorated with their plates and cutterly anyway. Our caterers were able to last minute get us linens with their setup so we weren’t scrambling the night before. The clear top is totally worth it. Hot like a greenhouse in the day though, we started at 4pm and by 5:30 it was in a fair bit of shade so good for dinner, but don’t get one for a mid afternoon party. It was amazing watching the sky turn all the sunset colours while you ate, and seeing tree tops all around you. Gorgeous at night to dance under the stars. We bought string lights off amazon and set them up ourselves, only used 2 of the 4 globe lights we rented from them. They set up the tent and made a pile of chairs and tables for self-setup on wednesday, and picked it all up monday, so we had a lot of time to prepare everything(other than the linen issue). Some of my experiences/thoughts: — 30’x60’ clear top tent for 82 people, Definitely big and airy with 3 rows of long banquest tables plus dance floor and bar. VERY sturdy looking, no leaking from the torrential downpour the night before the wedding, didn’t leave too gouges in the lawn too. One thing though, rain on roof was very loud. Not sure if white tops would be different though. — Two strings of globe lights go around the lower perimiter, and 2 more go around the halfway-up-the-roof perimeter. Only used/needed the 2 lower ones plus our led string lights. — The wood 8′ banquet tables are insanely heavy. Get plastic if you’re setting up yourself and weak like me. I struggled, haha. Really sturdy though. Really dinged up tops too, definitely needs linens. — The wood cocktail tables had a lot of dings and marks on the top, get the covers too. — The white padded folding chairs are really nice looking, no need for chair covers IMO. — Setting up and tearing down tables and chairs is exhausting, and if you have the cash to spare, spring for them to do it. Hungover sunday re-stacking for monday morning pickup in the blazing sun was super unpleasant. — Their«main» site is hamilton tents and events, all the other«city» tent and events are just copies of the original site but sometimes not as up to date.
