I have sent flowers previously via VanNoort without issue. I was so pleased that I set up an account and established a customer profile(contact info and credit card details). Unfortunately the latest order did not go smoothly. The order was for a very important anniversary and with the order placed a day in advance together with confirmation that the order had been successfully placed, I assume the flowers would be delivered as confirmed. This did not happen. A day after the expected delivery date I was checking my E Mail and noticed something in my Junk E Mail box. It was a note from VanNoort advising that the order had not gone through. I immediately called and explained that I had only just received this E Mail. I requested a rush delivery(same day) given, the importance of the order. I was simply told I had missed the cut off time and there was nothing they could do to help. I was surprised at the response and lack of understanding or focus on customer service. Despite repeated requests, the response was that they could not accommodate. As a result of this, I called FTD, explained my dilemma and asked if they could help me out. They did. I guess dealing with a larger company that understands customer service is the morale of the story.

Absolutely amazing service and products! I scheduled a meeting with a very talented florist at this shop who took my ideas and made them into something absolutely beautiful! The flowers for my wedding were more than I could have hoped for and my bouquet was nothing short of perfect. No question at all that this is the place for beautiful arrangements of all kinds!
