Canadian Carpet and Tile just contacted me and asked me to remove my review. I will not do so. Your service from your company was disgraceful and left my wife in tears on several occasions. We dealt with Canadian Carpet and Tile in Vancouver, not the North Vancouver location but since the Vancouver location closed (due to consistent poor service perhaps?) Unilocal has moved my review.
Your company delivers awful customer service and we are very mad you tried to take advantage of us. We will not forget and we will spend the rest of our lives warning other home owners not to deal with Canadian Carpet and Tile. You do not stand behind your warranty and we were left to fight for what’s right.

Had an absolutely fantastic time shopping for a hand-​made, natural dye, all-​wool carpet from a village called Gabbeh in Iran. It has goats on it! Sadegh was very patient & accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful Saturday shopping experience!
