Usually this place is great but I ate in with my boyfriend the other day and had a bad experience. I ordered the lemon chicken and it was disgusting. It was breaded in a panko crust, but the chicken underneath still had the skin on, so it was very fatty and chewy. Also, the chicken itself was not chicken breast as stated… it was brown meat so I’m not sure what part of the chicken it was from. Again, the meat was very fatty and chewy. Also, the whole thing was sitting in a big pool of oil, so it was impossible to get even one bite that wasn’t dripping in oil.
I told the waitress I wasn’t happy with it, and told her what the issue was. She didn’t seem too concerned… just took it away and then proceeded to bill us for it! We took literally two bites out of the whole thing. Very poor customer service in my opinion :(

Pretty decent sushi stop in the strip mall near Save-​on Foods. I’ve only gone their for lunch and usually order their lunch special that includes miso soup and a choice of 3 dishes for $ 8.95. Everything is pretty standard quality with not much to set it apart, but it gives you exactly what you’d expect. Another good sushi stop among the many in Greater Vancouver.

Yum!!! I can’t say enough good things about the hot kiss roll, I am totally addicted! Staff is very friendly but I am only giving 4 stars because, depending on when you go, it is SLOW. Even take out takes forever. Often you can hit them when they aren’t so busy and it’s fine. But, the sushi is fresh and delicious. Every time I am on the north shore I want to eat here. So good!

The best value for a decent sushi lunch on the North Shore! Freshly made, plentiful portions, and very tasty food. They have a terrific lunch special for $ 7.75 which includes 3 kinds of sushi or hot dishes and a miso soup. Excellent value! And service is quick and friendly.

On special occasions our entire office orders in from Cap Sushi. Sushi Party! You can find Joe, the proprietor behind the counter. Food is fresh and service is friendly. When it’s just the boys, I take my 3 and 5 year old in for a Saturday or Sunday lunch and sit at the Sushi Bar. Love this place and the boys LOVE the Hotdog Sushi Roll!!!

Not bad for north van. they have a good lunch deal, you pay 7 $ and you get to pick three items from a modest list.
the price goes up for the rest of the menu. i got a mexican inspired roll, spicy tuna roll rapped in some avacado, chopped tomatos and tobiko. it was very good and the rest of the menu is fresh and good.

So we order from there constantly and the quality is always amazing. But yesterday, the crab seemed a bit off in one of my rolls and decided to throw it away. I called and they refunded it without questioning it.
Today, they delivered the same roll, fresh and delicious as an apology.
It tasted great and they’ve just won a customer for life.

Go here for lunch sometimes. It’s usually pretty good, I like their lunch special — you can pick 3 items off a one page menu for $ 7.95. Pretty good value. Decent food. I’ve never had any complaints.

Well! This place looks pretty classy, and has a «daily specials» board posted outside to lure you in.
I think I had toro, and spicy salmon sashimi. The toro was horrible. I should NOT have eaten it, because it was warmish. The spicy salmon was good, but different. It was really orange looking, and mixed with tobiko and little chunks of avocado.
The last reviewer was right. They misrepresent their prices. The menus all say one thing, then they charge you more. I paid the tab, then told them about it. They had some excuse like it was a different type of fish… Boooooo that!

This place has inexpensive food, however there communication could be a whole lot better. They changed there menu and there prices. Good thing I had enough cash, other wise they would have seen one very upset customer! Even though I love there prices, I could use some advice on a new expensive sushi place on Marine drive…
