I contacted Certa Pro for an estimate on exterior painting. I informed Mitch I would try to get access but I could’t guarantee it. When he realized he could only view from the exterior, he was extremely rude and condescending to me. He spent a total of 3 minutes at the house and then drove off without even speaking to me! There are many good painting companies out there, and sadly Certa Pro is not one of them. I will in no way EVER use this company in the future. Mitch needs to learn how to treat potential customers with respect.
