Terrible. I went in to remove my shellac and just get regular nail polish painted to replace it, and she did a horrible job. After telling her I didn’t want to change the shape of my nails, she filed them into squares. Not to mention that half of them are filed crooked. And don’t even get me started on the actual nail polish! I could do a better job myself, and she’s supposed to be a professional. Also ignored me for about 20 minutes while starting on someone else’s pedicure. I’m never going back, it was just an all-​around awful experience.

Picture an assembly line of ladies handling meat. laughing speaking in their language while they do your pedicure. You are the piece of meat !! very impersonal !! Place smells of cigarette smoke ! No thanks, theres lots of other places to choose from.
