This location is way better than the Downtown location as it is bigger, therefore, more selection. Mostly board games and for stuff under 12 but there is a lot of analogue inspiration here. Great customer service. Aisles are a bit narrow which can be an issue especially if you have kids in tow. Prices are reasonable and fair.

Personally, I don’t have kids (yet) but I know lots of people who do. So come the holidays I’m usually found standing completely clueless in a big box toy store surrounded by my worst nightmare — excited, screaming, unruly kids — trying to figure out the fastest way to get myself the hell out of there.
Enter Play & Learn — a small, little gem of a toy store filled to the brim with a well edited selection of toys, super helpful staff, and what seemed like almost a different breed of children shopping with their parents. One kid actually ASKED his mother if he could touch a stuffed animal– that lady deserves a parenting medal or something.
I also found the most amazing Peter Rabbit Wood Pull Toy here that was elegant, adorable, and intelligently designed. It was an instant hit with the 4month old it was intended for. There were also some beautiful puzzle/​construction toys that would be perfect for the older kids.
In conclusion:
Smart kids make the world a better place for everyone — so drop the telletubies from your nearest Walmart, and make your way to Play & Learn. ASAP.

Play & Learn has some really cool toys that you won’t find at most toy stores. For example, they have some human anatomy puzzles that are sure to inspire kids with medical or scientific aspirations. The other side of the store has Stride Rite shoes, outerwear, and cute rain boots.

If you are a parent on the lookout for stimulating and educational toys for a kid you love, this is a grrrreat place to find something special. This store makes a point of carrying toys that promote learning while also providing kids with a whole lot of fun. The atmosphere here is kid-​friendly, and the staff in the store are very helpful in terms of identifying what a little one of a particular age might like. Play and Learn carries some well known brands like Playmobil, Groovy Girls, and Zoobies, and they also have plenty of science/​geography/​geology learning type sets, and in case you need some kiddie apparel, they have a full line of those adorable roobeez shoes.
