I used this facility for close to 4 years. The guys there are fantastic. Always helpful and always went out of their way to find a locker that would suit my needs.
The free rental truck is a huge bonus and having 24 hour access was also a selling feature for me.
I’d recommend them to anyone in need of storage. They have multiple floors and the higher floors are cheaper than on the main and there are big elevators so it was worth going up a floor.
I must add after reading the negative review, I remember there are signs everywhere saying no pets, no smoking, no food. Maybe follow the rules, I brought my dog but left him in my truck every time.

The worst costumer service I have EVER experienced in my life. I was chased off the premises by the owner screaming at me after I accidentally brought my dog, which was on leash and well behaved, with me to my storage locker.
He was amazingly sexist and looked like he took a lot of pleasure in yelling at a woman which made me feel more horrible and probably why he continued to scream at me as a walked away.
If I was not using the storage locker for work I would leave immediately.
I will never use their services again. There are a lot of other storage facilities with a lot nicer, more respectful and less sexist owners.
