Used them to fix my cold water problem because they do most of the work in the building. Were here less than 30 minutes after which they went to work in the next suite. I received a bill for one hour at $ 135. That rate is almost twice than what another plumber would have charged me. It’s outrageous to be charged for on hours work when the workman just went downstairs to do work in the next suite.
I won’t use them again.
