I went here once before after getting a sweet discount on a special for a wax. I thought I could also come here to have my hair done.
I phoned up and asked for an appointment for Saturday for a cut and wash.
The girl that answered asked if I wanted to see Stephanie. Stephanie was the gal that did my wax and I knew that she didn’t do hair.
I said no, I need a hair cut. Then she replied, oh I’m sorry I thought you wanted a facial.
I said no and repeated that I needed a hair cut and if there was anyone there available for a Saturday appointment.
She said she would have to have someone call me back to see if that can be arranged.
I’m astonished that a front desk person, in this instance, a front desk vegetable, needed to ask if booking an appointment at a hair salon would be ok for one of the stylists.
I let her take my name and number just so I hope that someone will call me so I can complain.
No one has.
