The store closed recently… about 2 – 3 months ago, maybe? Nonetheless, I used to get my parcels from here all the time, and would be warmly greeted by the same guy. Very friendly, and fast and efficient service. I’d be in and out within 3 minutes or less. Very organized. I am deeply saddened by the loss of this fantastic UPS store, as I now have to go to the UPS store on lonsdale — which is horrible when you have to deal with the woman there. I can’t for the life of me remember the name guy in charge of this location, but just a shoutout to you wherever you are now, you were great! Come back, please!

Solid 3.5 stars for being honest, friendly customer service.
Dropped in the other day for copies, and saw their business card pricing and guy said their Park and Tilford location, being the head office in North Van, could print them out same day for the 500 quantity as requested.
Reasonable too, colour, double sided, for just $ 70.
Packaging services and 24 hour mailbox available.
AMEX good.
