My friend and I had an awful experience with the«manager». We didn’t even set foot in the building and she still managed to ruin our day. We were walking towards our car when we noticed three bags of trash on the road, being picked at by crows and seagulls. We decided to pick up the bags and throw them in the trash. We saw the dumpster at Tim Hortons. Then this woman who claimed to be the manager started yelling at us from inside her car telling us we can’t use«her» garbage dumpster! She said she didn’t believe that we were just trying to clean up. It’s all trash, doesn’t matter which dumpster the garbage goes into, and we were just trying to keep the road clean. Her behaviour was vindictive, cruel and incredibly aggressive when a hospitality manager should be anything but. She basically said WE were awful people for trying to throw garbage away!

There is quite an English barrier when ordering but when they get it right, it’s gooooood. Best double double!

It is possibly the worst tim Horton, ordered a beef/cheese sandwich. There was hardly any beef in it, nothing like the picture they use to advertise. Asked the server how many ounces of beef they use in a sandwich, she had no idea. Trying to order or complain makes no difference, no English and no beef. Will not go there again. Have been twice.

The drive through service at this location is uniquely memorable. They are super nice and very speedy. It’s almost like they serve happy drugs to the staff there. I’ve never had someone who was even tired looking let alone unhappy. A+ effort! The only reason it’s not 5 stars is because the food still is /just/Tim Horton’s.

Unfortunately this is the one drive thru location that will go out of their way to nickle and dime you. 25 cents per honey packet(even if you are only getting a hot drink with one honey instead of sugar) and then when you inquire as to why they argue that the other locations do it too and that everything is very expensive for them. I get the same tea drink everyday at multiple TH locations and this is truly the only one that does this. Worth it to drive down the road to another location.

Disappointed at the staff in the drive through… I couldn’t believe it… I asked for a SAUSAGE and EGG sandwich, then when I opened it in the car I got a BACON and EGGWHITE! I went back in the store, they said they had no more yellow egg! Ruined my day!

This isn’t necessarily a review for this location, but for the tim horton’s franchise in general. This is the one fast food place that I enjoy going to fairly regularly. Cheap prices and pretty good tasting menu items. Although I do wish they had some more variety with food. They’ve taken away a few of my favourites over the years. Current menu favourites: — Chicken salad sandwich — Sausage breakfast sandwich — Sausage B.E.L.T. — Vanilla latte — Hot chocolate supreme — Raspberry explosion donut — Honey cruller

great drive through service I try to support local coffee shops as much as possible but this still remains my first choice for after hours coffee on the go and the best drive-through coffee shop that I’ve been to on the North Shore.(not that we have many) Service has been great, friendly and quick. They also make a double double like no other. And consistently good.

/sigh Why can’t tim’s bits be the ONE thing you get right? Stale and disgusting. And thanks for not giving me what I ordered, even though I repeated it to you 3 times. In fact, I still think you charged me for it anyway but what good would it do for me to argue with someone that doesn’t speak English? 1-star for being open when I needed you at 10:30pm.

Where do I start? First off I wonder why they can’t or won’t hire people who can actually speak and understand English properly, like the ones in their commercials. I went there a few months ago to meet a buddy for tea. Used the drive thu to place my order. This is the conversation: Me: «I would like 2 teas, please», attendant: «I don’t understand what you want» in a thick accent. I had to repeat my order 3 times plus spell out the word T-E-A to her. After about 10 minutes of trying to explain to her what a tea was, I finally got my tea.

I love Timmie’s Double-Double, so I have to say how disappointed I was today. I was working on a reno project in North Vancouver and was returning from the dump(hmmmm) and remembering that there was a drive through(handy), «Oh look Quizno’s right there», but i’m already in line, I hope this is a line because it sure isn’t moving. Well a sub sounds good, and so affordable… «how about a nice Chicken salad sandwich?» Yummy… well I guess Timmies has started using some sort of mechanically congealed meat substitute, wilty lettuce and the tomatoes were green. It was soooo bad, I am still wrestling that sub-par sub sandwich 12 hours later! My advice if your thinking about it park and go to quizno’s for a sub

I never understood why people reviewed franchises — until I was recently reminded of this North Vancouver Tim Horton’s. As Dan T. says, it dips well below the norm of what you expect from Tim’s. They clearly hate their customers. It’s 24 hours like most Tim Horton’s, but unlike most others when you come here late-night, they serve up everything in to-go bags and don’t give you trays. They probably just don’t want to bother with washing dishes, but it’s a lot of waste for a chili combo I am going to eat-in. A memorable occasion is when I came here on a late summer night — as expected, everyone was comfortably dressed in tees and shorts. I noticed all the staff wearing heavy sweaters and then realized the air conditioning was cranked up all the way — it was FREEZING in there. Maybe I’m just crazy, but I swear I noticed the staff gleefully smirking in their winter gear as everyone left the restaurant. I always try to go to another Tim Hortons when possible — and even then, I just go through their drive-through. I’ll concede defeat to you bastards.

Tim Hortons has built its reputation on great coffee, good donuts and efficient service. But not at this location. They screwed up my order at the drive-thru window(maple and chocolate sound nothing alike!) and by the time I realized it, it was too late. My bad for not looking in the bag before I drove away, but there’s no excuse for bad service.
