Lou and his crew were hired through a contractor to complete renovations in our new house in Liberty Village. That was in 2010. Everything was was replaced (new HVAC, heating, AC, etc.). Since then Lou and his crew have provided maintenance, telephone support and ongoing advice — as needed at no charge. I can’t say enough about this company. They have always been helpful, patient and attentive.
