Terrible customer service. Was told I needed to bring in my old filter so that they would know which filter it was?! — even though the exact hot tub was on the showroom floor. I waited patiently for the filter to be retrieved by the manager while 3 staff members bad mouthed another staff member (who is actually my cousin), ate pistachios and played on their cell phones behind the counter. I will not be returning to this location ever again. I will be driving more than 40 km to the Scarborough location. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and don’t eat or play on their phones while working.
