David and his colleague arrived promptly (after calling ahead of the two hour window) and proceeded to take away a pile of wood that, much to my chagrin, I’d been unable to split (in my defense, and as David could likely attest to, the pieces were very large, and knotted). My only regret is not having called for an appointment sooner! As another poster mentioned, very friendly and efficient service. I highly recommend.
