I have been going here for years and I feel that my experience is usually based on which girl that does the service. Sometimes I walk out feeling amazing sometime just ok. I do love the Brazilian wax here, always fast and as painless as possible. I guess there are good days and bad days everywhere concerning everything else.

I wanted to get my brows done at Daisy’s(a bit north of here) but their threading lady was not in. I walked a bit and happened to stop by here. It’s hidden behind My Sushi and doesn’t have a vibrant sign(blue and white). However, i was desperate to get them done so I stepped in. Luckily, their threader was just returning from her break. For people who are waiting, they post their wifi password and has a TV playing on an English channel. The lady who did my brows was very kind and was explaining to me how my hairs were(long but sparse) and took her time to perfect them. I was afraid she would make them too arched, which happened when I went to Salon Parisa, also in Willowdale. People who noticed that they were threaded said they looked better than the times I did them at Salon Parisa. Another plus is that it is steps away from the bus stops. I paid $ 12. I cannot give a final rating as I’ve only had my brows done here.

Decent Price and Decent Mani Pedi… Dont expect a Gr8 spa experience but if you just want a mani pedi with cut, clean and a minute massage for 35 $. I would say go for it. Staff is frdly

This place was a horrible experience for me. I went in for a shellac manicure with my friend and before we even sat down, the employees were barely paying attention to us as they were talking amongst each other in a foreign language. RUDE! When I was picking the color, I specifically asked the lady to NOT apply a shimmery color, since the one I had picked wasn’t very clear whether it had glitters or not. She said something along the lines of yeah yeah sure and the end result was extremely shimmery. Tacky nails was what I had. Also, my friend wanted off white nails and they didn’t have that color, so the lady used the one they would take to do a French manicure, and it turned out terrible, like REALLY terrible. I’m not eve exaggerating when I say that it was horribly done. There was shellac everywhere on her fingers, it was totally uneven and patchy. Also, they charged her full price for something that my friend could have done better herself rather than paying 35 $. It was horrible, we are never ever going back there.

Came here a second time for a pedicure, manicure and eyebrow wax. At first I was impressed with how two girls were working on me at the same time. However the girl giving me a manicure cut my finger pretty badly. Luckily the place seems pretty clean. While she did apologize I didn’t even get any hand cream or a massage at the end! I also was charged full price by the owner which was pretty disappointing because while I know the girl didn’t mean to cut me she still did and I would have expected the owner to comp me something. I will never go back now.

Good prices for manis and pedis, and once they sit you down, they are so quick and efficient at doing your nails, and they do a good job. $ 15 for manicure, $ 35 for shellac. It seems like they’ll never turn any walk-in away, although that does mean you might have to wait for a bit, but they never give a time estimate of how long you’ll have to wait. They just smile and ask you to pick your color.

Relatively hidden location with very plain exterior store front. I walked in here for an emergency manicure before a vacation, and was warmly greeted by the owner. The staff is 100% Vietnamese, and most of them are not so fluent in English. Their color selection is vast, which was surprising for a small store like this. While I was getting my nails done, the owner would chit chat with her staff in Vietnamese rather loudly, which I thought was a little rude since their clientele did not speak their language. I didn’t have a relaxing experience, but the girls were skilled in applying nail polish. They got every bit of cuticle and the color application was near flawless! The bill came up to be $ 35(the owner didn’t charge tax) for a manicure and pedicure. Pretty decent price for quality work if you ask me! The only debbie downer is the overall experience of having to sit through the staff gossiping about god-knows-what.
