This is a very good reason why I would give a 5 star review. I was suppose to pick a dress for my girlfriend on a Saturday before closing for a wedding we were attending on the Sunday. It happened I wasn’t able to pick up the dress in time and Parkers were closed on Sunday. After making a number of call to other Parker locations to get a contact for the owner, I eventually got ahold of Shan on the Sunday morning. He was more than accommodating to ensure my girl had the dress she wanted to wear for the wedding. Thank you Shan for the excellent customer service. I can’t say if other services would have done the same for me. All I know is I won’t be going to any other service but Parkers!
