The other reviews provide incorrect business phone number and addresses.
People will have a hard time using those phone numbers, so I am going to write the correct one with addtional info.
The food is OK and you can sit there as long as you want as long as it is not busy.
The restaurant offers free Wifi even though its speed is very slow.
They accept VISA, Master Card, and Interac and has no minimum purchase which is great if you have Costco Mastercard that allows you to earn 3% cashback.

I LOVE this place!
Ever since first discovering that Phở was amazing, I was SO happy to find a restaurant close to home that has great food.
It’s a new establishment and apparently is family run. Quiet atmosphere (great music: P), simple, elegant décor. Fast service and good portions. We usually order the phở, and on occasion, I’ve tried the fried tofu app and the coconut sticky rice desert. Both were great!
Fresh sprouts, lime and basil for the phở, nothing is ever wilting or brown. Complimentary jasmine tea right when you sit down too.
They have take out, but we’ve not tried it yet as we prefer to eat in.
For sure will keep coming back, we’re practically regulars now! :)

Efficient service and the noodles were pretty tasty. Had the dry seafood noodle and it hit the spot!
