Do not deal with their online store.
Really disappointed with their customer service, or lack of. They are full of excuses and they don’t stand behind their products. Will never buy from again, and I will be sure to tell everyone I know not to give them any business. Don’t waste your money here.

If you are an active radio hobbyist ether a SWL, Scannerists, a ham or CBer then this place is the Candy Store for all your needs.
Helpful, trained staff are able to help a new comer to the hobby or the advanced engineer.
They have specials, used equipment and everything from small connectors to $ 20k radios
They have also become the goto place for outdoor lovers who need GPS, solar power, telescopes, fish finders or metal detectors.

Radio world is the place for gps, fish finders, trolling motors, binoculars, ham radio and now mine lab metal detectors.
Prices are great and the selection is top notch and a very good staff who know the products.
Truly a terrific retailer that is privately owned and operated and not a big corporate store… Check them out if you need any of the stuff mentioned.
